Delhi worth the title for the Capital of India?

We call this a civilised society where we live. A society where a women gets raped within 18hrs is this a "civilised society"?. When we were small we were taught that every women is like our sister. Where are the moral value.? Every home has a wife, a daughter or a sister.. God forbid if anything happens with your female family member how would you feel? It's a testimony that "the day a girl get's raped is the day she dies"... From where is this inhuman thoughts coming into people and the urge to rape a women.?
i heard that all these rapists are from the small towns and villages. Even worse, villages are where from generation to generation good values and ethics are passed on.. Are these the ethics & good values that are being passed on.? if so then i am "Not" proud to be a citizen of this country. Where is the law? Where is the Police? let's see the statistics of Delhi:

in 2009
1. number of cases of molestation  ::  528
2. Number of cases of rape            :: 459

In 2010

1. number of cases of molestation  ::  582
2. Number of cases of rape            ::  489

This kind of statistic should have been reduced, but it has been raising only. the other states of India have comparatively less number of cases of molestation and rape but that's not something to be "PROUD OF"
or is it? Women are still getting raped in other states too..!  New Delhi being the capital is leading in front.!
the question that has been raised from time to time and is again raised is "what is government going to do?" I pretty sure the government ask's the same question to itself but it does nothing. Aren't women also the citizen of this country? Don't they have a right to live free without any fear? Opening women cells is not the answer. the power is with the government be it central or state but it's not worth anything if you don't use the power to do anything but to sit in lokh sabha or rajya sabha and debate on it..
I feel sad when i open a newspaper early in the morning and read such news of a girl getting raped. I personally don't feel that i will ever think of living in this country when i start my own family because i will always have a constant fear in my mind about my wife or daughter's safety.!
Wake up Government of India .. please i beg you to to do something .!

Struggle of Anna Hazare

It is just amazing to see and man of age 75yrs old fighting against corruption.! Started this movement alone but later joined by Arvind Kejriwal , Shanti Bhushan, , Prashant Bhushan , Kiran bedi and many more.! These people above mentioned are the roots to this team. The people of india are the branches & leaves. the intensity to prevail in his movement is amazing in the eyes of Anna Hazare. First time when he went on a hunger strike, the support he got was huge.. even huge is less, the word that suits is gigantic.! forgive me if im still using an inappropriate word. the impact this movement was like an earthquake of 10.10 magnitude for the government.! the matter was settled . Now the second time , team anna first sat on fast and after that anna hazare to continue with his team at Jantar Mantar.! but i don't know why but the support which was needed again was missing from the people.! & this time people from other groups acting as team anna members came in the ground and created a chaos.! they tried to start a fight but thanks to the police which was prevented. Fighting with people , creating ruckus , abusing . fighting with media acting as a member of team anna.. showed the cowardliness of the mastermind behind this.! I don't know  who thought of this plan but it surely did his home work very well and succeeded upto a limit. in past couple of day courtesy of these people team anna has been suffering a bad name.! One more question that comes to me is "WHY IS TEAM ANNA EVEN ALLOWING ANNA TO GO ON AN INDEFINITE FAST?" A 75yr old man clearly does not have that much power of a teenager or compared or Arvind kejriwal.  Where is the "youth"? Anna Hazare has done so much for us, now it's our time to carry the torch rather.. isn't it? Disappointing  turnout.! ANd one more appeal to the youth members of team anna supporting there.. Dont loose hope and don't loose patience .! i've had some encounters on twitter with some of team ana members and there reply was very shocking and rude.!Every one has a right to say what they want to but you dont need to reply back in that harsh tone because Anna Hazare and his team follows the path of Gandhi's non violence. And Government. it's time to wake.! You have to pass this 'lokpal Bill", because  you are also "for the people and by the people".! Jai Hind and may Anna Hazare succeed in his struggle.! I'll pray god that he does succeed.!
